Specifying an output folder (ImageReady)

If you include a Save Optimized step in your action or create a droplet from the action, you can specify the folder in which images are placed after the action is performed.

Note: In Photoshop, you can set an output folder when using the Batch command to process files. (See Using the Batch command (Photoshop).)

To specify an output folder:

1. Select the action for which you want to specify an output folder in the Actions palette.
2. Choose Insert Set Output Folder from the Actions palette menu, or click the Insert Step button  at the bottom of the palette and choose Insert Set Output Folder.
3. Select a folder, and click OK.
